An establishment in Phuthaditjhaba require the services of a Front Office Administrator to join their team.

Main Purpose of the Job:
To control and follow up on current accounts for the Front Office and Reservations, to perform an administrative and support function within the Front Office which will include assisting with guest related preparations for both groups and individual guests as well as maintain the quality and standards of the Guest House.

• An appropriate recognised qualification would be advantageous (Hospitality, Office Assistant etc)
• Sound understanding of the Reservations and Front Office operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
• Flexible working hours / shift work required over weekends and public holidays as per operational requirements

•Someone with drive & who can make smart decisions / think on their feet
•Computer Literate
•Excellent Guest Relations & motivational skills
•Excellent planning skills
•Strong Leadership skills and able to lead a small dedicated team efficiently
•menu planning ability
•Creative with menus, presentation and garnish skills
•Strong day to day organizational skills
•Excellent Communication Skills – Fluent in English
•Able to work shifts or work additional shifts and hours at short notice
•Work well under pressure
•Self-motivated, self-starter
